Upgrading and Downgrading Your Subscription

Understanding how to manage your subscription is essential for making the most of your account. Whether you're looking to upgrade for additional features or adjust your plan to better suit your needs, this guide will walk you through what happens during subscription changes and how to make them.

Upgrading Your Subscription

When you upgrade your subscription:

  • You will receieve a prorated amount of credits based on how much time you have left in your current month
  • Your subscription tier is changed immediately
  • Your new plan benefits are available right away

Downgrading Your Subscription

When you downgrade your subscription:

  • No immediate charge occurs
  • Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period
  • At the end of your current period, your new lower rate takes effect
  • You'll keep all current plan features until the billing period ends

How to Make Changes

  1. Make sure you are logged into your account
  2. Visit the Dashboard and click My Subscription in the sidebar [direct link]
  3. Go to the Billing Portal and click Update Subscription to view the available plans
  4. Select your desired plan from the available tiers
  5. Review the confirmation and if you want to continue, hit Confirm.
