Your License Rights

As a paid subscriber to Vocalist.ai, you receive:

• A non-exclusive license to use voice model transformations
• Rights for both personal and commercial use
• Permission to release and monetize your creations
• Ability to use the transformed vocals royalty-free

Ownership and Rights

What You Own

• The content you create using your vocal inputs and our voice models remains your intellectual property
• Your original compositions and arrangements
• Your recordings and productions

Free Trial Limitations

• During free trials, usage is restricted to personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Outputs created during free trials cannot be monetized or used commercially unless you continue on to a paid account immediately after your trial
• To use outputs commercially, you must upgrade to a paid subscription

Content Storage and Usage

• Vocalist.ai maintains limited rights to host and store your content
• This storage is solely to enable transformation and to provide you with recent conversion history
• Your data will never be used to train AI models
• Your content will not be sold or leased

Important Notes

• Usage rights are non-transferable and can be revoked if terms are violated
