How to Cancel Your Subscription
While we hope you're enjoying our platform, we understand that you may need to cancel your subscription. This guide walks you through the cancellation process and explains what happens next.
How to Cancel
- Make sure you are logged into your account.
- Visit your Dashboard and click My Subscription in the sidebar (click here to go there now).
- In the My Subscription section, click Go to Portal to go to your payment portal.
- Click Cancel Subscription to view final details about cancellation. To confirm, hit Cancel Subscription again.
What to Expect After Cancellation
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. During this time, you'll maintain access to all features and can continue using the service normally. No further charges will occur, and your subscription won't automatically renew for the next period. Any unused credits will expire when your subscription ends.
Billing and Refund Policy
We don't provide refunds for partial subscription periods. However, you're welcome to reactivate your subscription at any time if you'd like to resume using our services.
Payment Retry Process
If your payment fails, our payment processor Stripe will automatically attempt to charge your card three more times over the course of a week.
Important - If you cancelled your trial but are still getting charge attempts, that is because you canceled after your trial period finished.
If you need to stop these retry attempts, please go to your subscription page. When your payment is past due or unpaid, you will see Cancel underneath your plan name. Click that link, read over the cancellation confirmation, and hit Confirm. This will cancel your subscription straight away, stopping our payment processor from attempting any more payments.
